Allu Arjun, Tamannaah starrer Badrinath might have not had a dream run at box office; however, it’s on its course to beat the expectations which the tradeanalysts had after the film released on June 10. The film was severely criticized by almost all the critics and bad word of mouth marred the film’s chances, despite a flying start at box office. As per the latest reports, the film has done better than expected business in several areas of the state. In Nizam, the film is expected to collect a share of around Rs 7.75-8 crores in the long run. Although, it’s nowhere near the pre-release hype, the film has survived the onslaught of negative ‘talk’ to a good extent and the collections are better than expected.
Directed by V V Vinayak, the film was produced by Allu Aravind on Geetha Arts banner. MM Keeravani had composed the music and Ravi Varman was the cinematographer. The film set in the backdrop of Badrinath temple narrated the story of an Indian Samurai and his personal sacrifices to safeguard the temple.
