Badrinath is, reportedly, on track to become one of Allu Arjun’s biggest hits in Ceded region. After the film opened across cinema halls on June 10, it collected a share of around Rs 3.90 crores. Despite the negativeword of mouth and mixed reaction after the first day, the film is expected to beat the predictions. Several trade analysts and critics had written off the film. However, sources say that the film might collect a share of around Rs. 5.90-6 crores in the long run in Ceded.
Badrinath was a complete masala fare and it is about the relationship between an Indian samurai and his guru and what the former does to safeguard a temple. Tamannaah played the lead role and V V Vinayak directed the film. Allu Aravind produced the film on Geetha Arts banner. It’s the most expensive film ever made in Telugu and in terms of collections it is also Allu Arjun’s biggest hit, so far.
